Based on an ancestral winemaking method that doesn’t rely on any interventions, this champagne is produced without filtration, fining or cold stabilisation. This authentic wine continues its maturation in oak barrels.

malolactic fermentation completed, natural cold stabilising filtered.

This is a gourmet champagne. It is perfect for an aperitif, but you can indulge yourself in some pretty pairings. It will highlight qualitative dishes such as flambéed crayfish, a baked turbot, a 5A andouillette sausage or even a Salers cheese from the Auvergne region of France.
